These are good people. They get busy at times but if you're just a bit patient the pharmacist will come around and answer your questions and speak with you privately if you prefer. There's a drive up window if you don't want to go inside.

Best Pharmacy in Central Mississippi. I have been with Walgreens and Philadelphia and Mississippi for years. I continue to have problems out of Walgreens, so I switched to Moores pharmacy and I have never had a problem out of them yet. I absolutely love Moore’s pharmacy.
