This bank really understands the concept of customer service; an idea which is not in the lexicon of most Mississippi businesses. They always have enough tellers on duty to handle transactions swiftly. In addition, there always seems to be other support staff available to open or modify accounts. All staff are able to let a customer in to their safety deposit box. Why is this so great? Compare it to the other bank in town: usually one teller on duty, most staff (including the manager) are not authorized for safety deposit box assistance, and they are slow, slow, slow.
