This store is located off the main street. But they are soooo friendly and helpful. The associates and cashiers ask if they can help you with something. A lot of your big box and hardware centers don't offer this great customer service anymore. I will stop by again the next time I am in Cleveland.

I really strive to support locally owned businesses but after today’s experience at Ace, you’ve lost a customer. I came in two days in a row for hardware to fix a swing. On day 2, I had questions about my previous purchase (I had my receipt) which I questioned if it was rung up wrong. One of the female employees who helped me the day before was asked to help, instead of her coming to me to explain how it was rung up on my receipt, she decided to start raising her voice in a confrontational manor in front of other customers from a distance & never once came to the checkout to help me understand the receipt. It was by far one of the most unprofessional & uncomfortable situations I’ve experienced in a store.

I hate coming in this store to shop. People are breathing down your back asking…. may I help you? I came in to get something that I didn’t want anyone to help me to get. Ilove tracker supply and Lowes…. Don’t have this problem. You guys not all people come to steal and definitely not me.
