My overall experience was okay. I believe the customer service could have been better. No one seem to have any updates each time I went and seem irritated by my weekly check ins. It took nearly 2 months to get my truck back due to the strike, so no fault to cannon. During my 2 months, initially, I was not offered a lender vehicle, I was told by my bank to request one. I was told the 1st time they didn’t have a vehicle. The 2nd time I was given a vehicle that was not nearly close to the value of my truck. It was dirty and was on E. The breaks was squeaky and it started to shake at 60 mph. I felt like they just threw me into something to ride in to keep me from “complaining” about not having something to ride in. The 3rd time, I spoke with a different manager and he said “This guy needs a truck, go get him a truck”. It was crazy how they instantly “Found” me a truck. This truck was practically NEW and was close to the value of my truck. Weeks later I was contacted saying my truck was repaired and ready for pick up. I had to return my truck due to chipped paint, but they fixed that issue the next day without any problems. Initially, I felt somewhat discriminated against. The 2nd Manager turned all of it around and made my experience good.

This Tahoe transmission was bad !! I only had this car for a couple of days !! I didn't know how this was over looked in your shop !! Got to replace the transmission!! My experience was very bad with your dealership! .

I had a coupon for services which I was told I couldn’t use due to me not using enough oil to use the coupon. Which makes no sense this is the only place where I receive service and that’s the least they could do is honor the coupon they sent to me

A week ago I purchased a pre-owned car 2020 Honda Acord and was excited about it until. The car had to be delivered from another site so i bought it on good faith. Well I'm not satisfied at all, first I only received on key fob and it doesn't work, next there's a roaring sound coming from one of the wheels, there's damage to the rear bumper and a piece missing from above the mirror.Now I understand pre-owned but this by far is not what I expected for the price of my vehicle.Not only that the man I sat in front of and signed my papers with not only didn't recognize me he didn't know of what car I was talking about. It's was one week ago SirNo satisfied at allLook can be deceiving ???

The salesman, Ellis Atkins and the sales manager Colby Spradling were as always (I've had many dealings with them} very helpful and courteous with my purchase. I have been dealing with this location for many years and looking forward to many more.

reached out to jay mall about purchasing a vehicle & he made the process very simple. had everything setup prior to me getting to cannon, spent about 20-30 minutes looking over paperwork and i left with a brand new car the same day. would highly recommend jay to anyone.

Salesman was great during purchase but I've been dealing with the collision department for about 2 months for hail damage repairs and they've been very deceiving. I never get updates or clarity on what they are doing with my car and they have asked my insurance company for more money on 3 different occasions

Wouldn’t recommend to any one I always thought dealing with the dealership would be best but that’s not the circumstances here my 15 corvette has been here for 7 months just to swap some computers and flush the transmission welp I guess their mechanics don’t know what the hell they are doing because my transmission was shot so the flush wasn’t helping anything so I get another transmission and boom guess what it’s been 2/3 months since then and my charges been sitting for so long the brand new battery is completely dead and I keep getting told next week and nothing happens my cars sitting in the sun the dash and headlights are peeling now save the headache of dealing with over priced dealerships who's workers take months / years to fix

Still bringing car in for the same loss of power problem. Staff are very nice, but they keep wanting to replace parts that have already been replaced within the last year. Granted some of the parts weren’t replaced by the dealer, but they were replaced by licensed mechanics.

The entire staff is very professional and easily accessible. They're very helpful and do awesome work. I love cannon body shop. Get your autos serviced by these guys . You will not regret it.
