Went there to get 3 kids meals for my children who love Captain D’s. They told me that they don’t have lids for the small cups and that I would have to upgrade to a large drink which would be $3 extra. I explained that I didn’t think that was fair because I do not need 3 large drinks. It’s not my fault that there aren’t any lids. As a courtesy, they shouldn’t have tried to force me to upgrade. And lately every time we’ve been there, they were out of things like fries, hush puppies, and breadsticks. So, I asked for a refund and they thought it was smarter to take the food back and dispose of it rather than just give us the larger cup without trying to force me to pay an upgrade fee for something that wasn’t my fault. So you lose almost $20 while trying to save 3 cups. I asked for the district manager’s number and I believe it’s a fake number that I was given. Needless to say I got the refund and will be taking a break from this Captain D’s.

Ordered a four piece fried catfish meal, with fried okra, macaroni and cheese. Hush puppies. I got four pieces of soggy white fish, corn on the cob, and macaroni soup. It'll be the one and only time I go to Captain D's in Cleveland

Food is always cooked fresh so I definitely don't mind the wait! Service was good as well! I purchased the sampler which came with 2 battered dipped fish, 2 tenders and 3 sides.

One person running 3 registers including drive thru, and only 2 cooks. Service was slow only because so many were there. Food tasted great. Need to get more staff.

Fish was excellent. Lost part of my order. Oysters were hard and overcooked. Not much taste. Won't try the oysters again.

Waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes behind several cars, nobody was manning the outside speaker. Ridiculous that a restaurant can’t do something as simple as this. Not good for business.
