Customer service with a smile. Tim helped me replace my old battery, after He tested the old one numerous times. The other places I went to acted like I was bothering them. Great Customer service. I see why the others have empty parking lots, and yours is full. Attitude is a small thing that makes a huge difference. I was pleasantly surprised.

Met Tim(with mountain man beard) at Cleveland,ms store. Was very informative, relaxed and super helpful. Had time to quickly install my part. This is the kind of employee that will keep the ladies shopping at the store. He earned a 5 star rating!

The customer service is terrible I brought my radiator from them and had a lifetime warranty and they wouldn’t replace it I brought the old one in and they order it for me then told me I had to pay for it why when I got a lifetime warranty on it that’s crazy then the young lady said I she ordered the wrong one and told me my radiator wasn’t the one I brought from there
