I truly think that the rewards program and the terms & condition should be clearer or may I say associate a little more knowledgeable about the terms the issue for myself is that the $10 to unlock with your phone has not been honored yet and when I call from store to Customer care Center they seems not to know why and keep sending me back & fort to store & Customer care Center and I am still waiting on help to get my $10 bonus to contine shopping with Ace.

The manager is always available. Didn't make it 5 feet inside before he was asking me if he could help me. While I was waiting for paint (that he mixed) another employee helped me find globes for my bathroom light.
I live in Terry, but go to the Clinton store because of the top notch customer service, price, and availability.

Talked to Chris today 07262024 & told him he had my husband’s lawnmowers for 2 months, his store has zero follow-up, and has offered no compensation in lieu of extremely long wait time. He said he was t aware of the issue and would call me back in 10 minutes. It’s now been 20 minutes and he hasn’t returned my call. I had to call him back and still no answer on when the lawnmowers will be ready. Was told the parts were in and we could expect pickup following Monday. We called and was told the parts were not in. That was 3 weeks ago. For last two weeks, we’ve been told the parts are in and guy would be in Monday to fix the lawnmowers and it hasn’t happened. Clinton, MS Ace Hardware lawnmower repair shop has got to be an embarrassment for the City of Clinton and whoever the owner is. You got 1 star because we couldn’t give you a zero.

Amazing business and employees! I have visited several times but today was AMAZING! I went to them after calling to make sure they had the solar batteries I needed, They had the batteries BUT there was an employee that gave me his personal solar batteries that he no longer needed. I was in awe that these employees want nothing more than to help people and genuinely care. I bought the batteries I came for AND reduced the number I needed because of this generosity! AMAZING business AND PEOPLE! Thank You! Go HERE vs Home Depot or ANY big box!
