Driver dropped a dumpster in front of my house this morning, nearly taking out a $1K mailbox. It left mud clods and dents in the asphalt. Driver just laughed when I asked him why he dropped it at my house (on a private street) instead of the reno being done elsewhere in the neighborhood. Beware!

I got behind one of their dump trucks today (Truck #115) if my memory serves me correctly.... and it was not covered properly. A big piece of metal fell off and hit my vehicle and when it hit, it went under my truck and sounded like it hit in several areas under my truck. I will be assessing any damages it done and if there are damages, I will be contacting an attorney for repairs given the fact that one of their trucks damaged someone else's vehicle and they refused to make repairs! You guys need to re-evaluate the DOT regulations if you think you're exempt from covering debris on a dump truck!! I WILL PURSUE THIS!!

I highly recommend American Disposal Services. I worked with Glenda to get our 40 Yd Dumpster for the Retail Store we needed it at quick and she went above and beyond! Great people to work with there!

I called this company in regards to a windshield claim where debris from one of their trucks hit my daughters windshield and cracked it in 3 different places. I spoke with the dispatcher who was very helpful and he stated that they did in fact have trucks in the area at that time. He took my information and passed it along to the owner who called me back the following day. The owner stated that the truck was empty and that they were not liable for any damages from debris coming from the truck. So beware if you get behind one of these trucks. They are not willing to take any responsibility for the debris that come from their trucks.

Today I had to call American Disposal and speak to someone in customer service. The representative's name was India and she was extremely helpful, patient and polite. Having people who display such professionalism for a company speaks volumes!

We left our trailer at the job site to run into town , and come back to this! They had the whole parking lot to drop it else where.
