1st the big issue was/is with android services . I was forced to get an iPhone because of android issues..I don't like iPhones (2) the manager was the only one there at that time.. employee call out. My hat goes off to her .!!!! She handled my issues as well as 7 others simultaneously with a smile and did so very flawless .her attitude and personality gave everyone the desire to be patient and wait even starting conversations with each other and she made sure the elderly had a positive understanding of their purchases and helping them to get their iPhones set up. By the time her next employee showed up .every one was helped. i give her 100 job very well done!!!! If u guys want great customer service
That’s the place to go . All of the employees there are amazing And Ms Manager att needs to move you to another higher position thanks for making my experience a success and one and I know that everyone that was there would agree(Clinton Mississippi )

I went to the att store a while back to get my account transferred to my name, and it was a hassle because I didn't know my account numbers, However; Bree was was very helpful and went the extra mile to get everything taken care of. I thought I was doomed to loose all my contacts, photos, exc. because I didn't know know any of my passwords or the social attached to the account, but Bree worked with me and figured something out. So whenever I go to the Clinton att, I always request Bree. Highly satisfied.

I don't live near this store, but I stopped in there one day for an issue I was having and talked to Shannon. She didn't rush me or give me stupid advice like "turn it off and on again". She fixed my issue and now I drive past all my local stores to go back to this one and work with her!

My husband and I went into the AT&T store in Clinton,MS to get upgrades on our phones. The associate that assisted us, TY, was very professional and helpful. We highly recommend her if you need phone service.
