Calling to see the price of a certain hairstyle (due to looking around and not seeing too many places...) someone answered and rudely told me that they don't do hair and not to even finish my question; and also they hung up in my face. I don't know this place at all, I was just trying to ask a simple question, but by just experiencing that; I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Love this salon. Her prices are fair and her style and creativity are both awesome. She convinced me to dye my hair and it was one of the better decisions I made this summer. Kudos!

Every time I visit Inner Beauty Salon the staff is friendly and the receptionist is always nice. The salon is Fabulous btw. The owner Ms Neiky has always from what I have experience ask everyone that comes through the door. "How may I help you?" if she is busy or not, if or when the receptionist has stepped out. So if anyone says they were not asked if they needed any help, they are either deaf or lying!! ijs! I have even came in before as a walk in on my lunch break and was done within an hour. Other days while I wait for my turn I either watch tv, or pull out my tablet and link it to the wifi that is provided. The location is convenient and I feel safe. Thanks Inner Beauty Salon for great customer service!

Sooooo no front desk person? The set up is welcoming but the people are not! I've been sitting here about 15 minutes now and no one has asked if they can help me! I recently purchased a Groupon to come and get my hair done for a wedding today....first of all they NEVER answer the phone NOR do they respond promptly to the text number provided! It took me 3 days to get them to answer the phone to make an appointment! NEVER coming back and I would highly suggests that you don't either! I'm probably going to just leave and get a refund from Groupon! Ughhhhhh! This is the worst experience ever!
