I picked my medication up today and my experience was great.the process was very simple and quick unlike other pharmacies.The staff was friendly and helpful. I’m so glad I switched to Kroger pharmacy.

This is one of the best pharmacy's around i live in Jackson and take the time to come here.
The staff is very fast and knows their stuff.

If you are diabetic and have to have insulin pen, do not go here. They will mess up your prescription and short your pens and WILL LIE on you.. The same at Krogers on I-55 in Jackson. Krogers is only pharmacy that do not know how to fill insulin prescription.

Been a lot of Krogers this is probably one of the nicer ones I've been in it's definitely the better one in Jackson Mississippi they even had the gulf oysters I was looking for I've been going to Walmart but they just got the Pacific oysters they're way bigger but they don't taste as good anyway that's about all I got to say about a grocery store

Unfortunately Google does not offer the option of leaving a negative number of stars- as that would adequately represent my experience with Kroger pharmacy. After calling and verifying that prescription had been called in by my physician, and that the medication was in stock, I was told it’d be an hour-long wait for my prescription. I understand things take time, so I waited over a hour, then asked for time off work to go pick up my medication, only to be told it’ll be close to another hour. If you cannot stand by your word, then simply don’t give a time.

One of the worst pharmacy’s in the area. The lines are extremely long and it takes 30+ minutes to help customers in the drive-thru. They need more than one tech handling the customers inside the store and more than one in the drive-thru during peak hours. That’s common sense. If it will takes more than 5 minutes to service a customer tell them to come inside. No one wants to wait for 45 minutes for one customer. Do better Kroger!

The pharmacy does not have enough employees to accommodate the amount of clinton residents that need prescriptions. I waited in line for 45 minutes today only to be met with a rude pharm tech and a prescription that wasn’t ready, despite me getting a text.
