The worse customer service. Ordered parts because it was supposedly in stock on their website but turns out it was on back order and they are taking their sweet time to refund me. Giving me excuses of having to reach out to the manufacturer to cancel the order. It is their fault for not reaching out to the customer to confirm if they want to proceed and wait 2 weeks+ for a backordered part or cancel the order. Not only did I get some attitude from their customer support, they are now ignoring my emails.

Prl air intake for type r 10th generation Sounds really good but the quality it’s not the best also I got a short clamp for the air filter so I had to go to Home Depot and buy a new.

Not the first time I’ve purchase from two step will definitely be the last time I had a product which wouldn’t tune to my 2022 accord was told to ship back within first 2 weeks not 30 days for my full refund because product was defective I returned they refunded then a month later filed for they’re money back now my banks says I have to dispute with them cause they claim they never received the product but yet they refunded 4 days later
