I called to rent a u Haul vehicle and the manager not only was rude, she actually hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to the manager. She informed me that she was the manager and that there was no one I could speak to over her and hung up on me again. I won't ever do business with this U Haul location for sure.

I called this location about 10 minutes ago, whoever the young lady that’s on duty now 1:09pm..7/22 was very rude and unprofessional. She did not state her name or anything.
