I needed scanner services that I had used in the past here and was told the scanner was down and they had no idea when it would be back up. Got weird vibes from the employee at the front counter by the brunette hair Caucasian female. ?

Does now answer phone during hours of supposed operation, does not offer information on website as to pricing of personal ups mailboxes. Requires you to download an agreement without giving you any details as to what it is infact you are agreeing to or gives you the option to fill out a small form to wait to be contacted to find out said details. Is this a scam ? Has ups been hacked?

There were 3 employees in the store and only one of them was assisting customers. One computer was being used. One person was just standing around and I heard her say she was waiting to clock out. I paid extra to have my package sent two day air for Saturday delivery. It is now Monday and tracking says it will arrive sometime before 7 pm!!!! REALLY!!! Why did I pay extra???? Probably would have arrived today under normal delivery. I may just start using USPS or Fedex again. This is ridiculous that I paid that much and it didn’t even help. It is my daughters 30th birthday! The reason I paid almost $100 to get it there in time. Well. SO MUCH FOR THAT HAPPENING!!!!

I needed to return a purchase to Amazon. Followed instructions given to me. At UPS once I stepped in waited a few minutes in line. Git the counter and it was so quick that I didn't know she was finished. I love it !!! Great work keep it up!!!!

I called at 10:34am to verify the location was open and Noone answered. On Google it was pasted that location was open so I drove there. The lady slowly came to the front looking disheveled like I woke her up. I made a blank trip to be told there wasn't a notary working today, I didn't have to make because she didn't answer the phone. When you work, at ANY establishment, answering the phone is Parr of the job unless you are just hired to clean the place or do maintenance. VERY POOR SERVICE TODAY 03/07/2024.

I always get help by the Blonde lady and she always get my Amazon return in their original product box with no problem , today I got this two lazy acting like girls that look it other and told me that they could not receive the product without the courier box so I walkway away and outside I contacted Amazon and they told me that was not truth , that they get shipped back most if their return in the original product box without having to be inside a courier box , UPS store try to force me to by a box from them . So I went back and I explained them that they were wrong and that Amazon is paying for the free return so they should take my return product and they deny me service . this Two brunette Karens confabulate to try to force a sale and didn't work out . I m will file a Corporate complain and review at BBB and the Secretary of State for this outrageous practice .

When this place was managed by Gwen, it ran smoothly. Now since the new manager is running it, my documents and packages are either stuffed into my small box or I don’t get my mail at all. When I asked to speak to a manager, she (Sidney) just shrugged her shoulders and nonchalantly said, “Sorry”. However, the other staff members are nice.
