I know this will mean nothing to a company this size and it's a repeat of lots of things already said. Wait it unreal and it does not matter if your in the drive through or inside. Tonight they missed part of my order that my wife picked up. I know to always check before I leave but she did not. When I called in it was over 35 mins on hold to be told they missed it and I could come back at 10pm and get it. This is the stuff that gives this location such a bad name. I will say the staff is always friendly to me but, that can only go so far. This does not look like problem with the staff it seems like a lack of staff.

Holding on line withc2 callers ahead. After 1 call ahead, kept saying busy answering other calls. Recording for 31 minutes and phone hung up. Called back...more than 3 caller s ahead. I thought I would change to Walgreens but I really need to check a prescription that my insurance sent to them by mistake and I have been without medication. Guesss I will drive there.

the employees here are lazy and not helpful or friendly, like they use to be years ago. the lines are long because the staff is slow and incompetent. please someone get all new staff and things will get much better. they cant seem to scripts correct half the time either. the look on alot of these employees faces says it all....i dont give a crap!

My provider sent my Rx on yesterday. Via email, Walgreens indicated that my Rx is $383.59. I have insurance with gap coverage. I called to confirm (because you know it's take HOURS to pick up your Rx). I held for 18 minutes and the phone finally hung up. People were answering and putting the call back on hold. This is RIDICULOUS! Walgreens in Clinton SUCKS!

After a lengthy ER visit due to a injury we went to this pharmacy (because it was the only one open). It was 15 miles out of the way, but my mom needed something to help with her injury. After waiting forever the man we spoke to was the rudest individual I’ve ever dealt with. Then after he finally got to us told us it would be at least a 45 min wait for the meds. We were the only ones there! No one else was waiting on anything! I left and decided to just try the Walgreens in Byram this morning since my mom couldn’t wait in the car that long. I went to Byram and they had it in 10 min. Serious personnel issues here!

This is one of poorest run pharmacies I have ever used….. really always a 45-50 minute wait and the super untrained staff. Today they shut down the pharmacy for walk in customers, so you had to wait in a car line for an hour…. To deal with a grouchy employee. Do Not Support if you Can!

DO NOT turn in disposable cameras here. After 5 months of waiting, I finally got someone to call the company that handled them, and I wasn't even in their system. The company said even if I was in the system, they'd be gone because they only save pictures for 45 days. To clarify, I stopped in at least once a month to ask and they always told me they were "still processing." Additionally, I am extremely disappointed in the customer service; they said nothing can be done because "I didn't pay them for anything."

If you call, the pharmacy workers will put you on hold until you hang up or they will hang up on you themselves. The prescriptions will be ready and out of stock at the same time from 2 different people and you have to call every day until somebody helps you. Just hope they're having a good day that day and cross your fingers! I keep trying to switch elsewhere but keep having issues changing. I would love to see the upper management maintain a high standard when hiring staff.

I have had 2 bad experiences recently. In the middle of December I made an appointment for my covid booster. Got there, checked in after a short wait. I was there over an hour and they even gave a shot to someone before me, that was a walk-in ang had come in after me. #2-- Scheduled my annual flu shot. I had to reschedule due to being exposed to covid. On Jan 5th I arrived early as requested. There was an extremely long line, so I went to the pharmacy window and asked if I had an appointment did I still have to wait in line and was told yes. So, what is the point in requiring an appointment (can't get 1 without it)?? I walked out and will probably not get a flu shot at this point. Definitely will not get 1 there.

Literally will not pick up the phone. They just put you on hold over and over again. I'm on hold right now. Stay on phone for 3-5 minutes, hear the music break, then a gentle click as you go back on hold when they put the phone back down.

I always have had a good experience here. both with cashiers and pharmacy techs. all have been very pleasant towards me.

Please use any other Walgreens unless you want to wait for hours on end. I live 5 mins away and have never seen the pharmacy at it's full potential. Not sure what the problem is but avoid this Walgreens.
