I never understood why they do not make customers pull around if their prescription is not ready. People whose prescription are ready have to sit in line waiting for nothing.

Brandi is always very helpful. When she comes in thing she's sorted out quick and well. Never had a problem with her once

I just learned tonight this is no longer a 24/7 store. I was told they have been closing on Fridays and Saturdays... too few pharmacists they said. I feel bad for the staff that's aboard this sinking ship.

More bad service...ordered a splint for delivery...wont even go into why doordash is now on my list of services not to use ever again. Back to Walgreens...Why would you allow (and charge for) an item that is not in stock???? This results in a partial order delivery. Call Walgreens to let them know an item is missing "yeah, its not in stock". Well you charged me for the item. "yeah, you can get a refund in 3 to 5 days". If you cannot provide / perform a service correctly, why offer the service at all? Completely over this Walgreens location. I wish I could give negative stars as 1 star is giving them too much credit.Pretty sad...Using this pharmacy for 5 years with no insurance and about every 5th prescription we get notice that there is a problem with insurance and we need to call them to update it. When we do call we are left on hold for way too long only to receieve auto reply that their phones are down or they just disconnect/hangup the phone. Then when we do finally get someone to answer the phone they have primary and secondary insurance mixed up (same insurance issue each and every time) - they say it is a system issue...SMDH. And dont even get me started on the long lines either in the store or in the drive thru line. Some of the staff seem to care but others not so much. Definitely feels like a combination of a few things...1.Walgreens doesnt pay enough to keep good people. 2. Clinton is small so there are less qualified people. 3. Just plain poor management. 4. Or there is a chicken vs egg situation - staff doesnt care because it is so messed up or it is so messed up because staff doesnt care. Either way, I am changing to another pharmacy.

I know this will mean nothing to a company this size and it's a repeat of lots of things already said. Wait it unreal and it does not matter if your in the drive through or inside. Tonight they missed part of my order that my wife picked up. I know to always check before I leave but she did not. When I called in it was over 35 mins on hold to be told they missed it and I could come back at 10pm and get it. This is the stuff that gives this location such a bad name. I will say the staff is always friendly to me but, that can only go so far. This does not look like problem with the staff it seems like a lack of staff.

Holding on line withc2 callers ahead. After 1 call ahead, kept saying busy answering other calls. Recording for 31 minutes and phone hung up. Called back...more than 3 caller s ahead. I thought I would change to Walgreens but I really need to check a prescription that my insurance sent to them by mistake and I have been without medication. Guesss I will drive there.

Absolutely poor quality customer service. Every time I have to call, I’ve had to wait 20 or more minutes, which yes is bad, but I can hear them pick up the phone after waiting so long and hang up the phone. Ridiculous!!

My provider sent my Rx on yesterday. Via email, Walgreens indicated that my Rx is $383.59. I have insurance with gap coverage. I called to confirm (because you know it's take HOURS to pick up your Rx). I held for 18 minutes and the phone finally hung up. People were answering and putting the call back on hold. This is RIDICULOUS! Walgreens in Clinton SUCKS!

Service in the pharmacy was incredibly slow, even though I was sick I left the line to come back at a different time as I was just getting sicker and sicker waiting in a line that didn’t move.

Worst pharmacy ever, have you to travel miles to get here to find your medicine isn't ready after they tell you to come pick it up!! They, want answer the phones, have you driving here just to ask questions because they want answer their phone. Medicine is never ready plus staff a lot of times are rude and dry. If you want to be upset please don't come to this pharmacy... They lie and say they weren't there so they don't know who said to come pick up your medicine! Have called corporate many times and the issue is still not resolved. I give this place a zero!!!!

I have had only one issue with this pharmacy. Them closing 1 minute after notifying me my wife’s prescription was ready.Otherwise they are pleasant and know me by name. I havent found them to be the least bit racist.I think much of their wait is due to1: People have questions they SHOULD ask there doctor.2: The drive through. People have an annoying habit of dropping off a prescription. Being told it will be ready in an hour. Then trying to wait that hour while inline.I usually go around 8am. No lines. After 330 till around 630 there are lines due to it being the busy time of day. EVERYONE has a backlog then.I agree some places are quicker but eh. As in most things I can get it later.

You have wait as much as 30 minutes just to drop off a Prescription . Their should be a widow just to drop off prescriptions. If you call for a COVID 19 and get an appointment , why do you still have to go through the line. .This is our neighborhood Clinton Store .Ps they more help . One cashier and sometimes serving 10 or more people in line . They don't need Kroger business they are not handling their own business .
