DO NOT BOOK LOADS WITH THESE PEOPLE. YOU WILL NOT GET UPDATES. MISSED PICK UP AND DIDN'T EVEN TELL US. HAD TO FIND OUT FROM THE SHIPPER THAT LOAD DID NOT GET PICKED UP. I REPEAT - DO NOT BOOK LOADS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
