“They’re able to help with everything and they also example things very well and smoothly . I was able to get my card in which I was looking for it through the mail and they looked on the file and seen that they had put it in the notes but never completed the transaction to mail it out so I would’ve been looking for nothing. I mean, my card would not have came in the mail because they never completed. But Associate completed a transaction and I was able to get my card before leaving the bank”

“Love the bank. The branch in downtown memphis ran by Jason is great ! I have all my business accounts and personal accounts with the bank. I also purchased my home through the downtown Hernando branch with Eddie. Everyone I work with at this bank turns out to be great. Will always have my business if they keep this level of customer service. Also I love being able to pick the phone up and get a real live person on the line immediately. Makes banking so much easier.”

“We have used First Security Bank several times for Loans and advice of Home Loans & CD’s ! Very easy to work with & got a 2nd mortgage on home to do home repairs that was quite big and got great rates, I fill. Earl Moore was great and took us though this long process ! Now a few years latter we are doing a auto loan now. The Rates have gone up, First Security was able to get a loan within the day and dropped loan rate a 1/2% . Very happy with the services and now we are moving all our backing to First Security Bank and use Earl Moore as our personal banker in Senatobia Ms. Bank branches all around area if needed. Try them, you’ll see”

“I stopped in the Hernando branch today, Friday, April 15 around 3:30... and I'd like to nominate the teller that was there for employee of the year. Her name is Keesha. She was the only teller and helped 3 of us inside and knocked out 2 in the drive through simultaneously and had nothing but a smile on her face the entire time. I hope she wasn't smiling to keep from crying ??, but she was handling business in there like champ today! I hope someone high up in the organization sees this and recognizes her efforts. As a business owner myself, it's rare to find someone with her customer service skills these days.”
