I was pulling a 35ft fifth wheel with my Ford F350 diesel from Florida to California, when my diesel exhaust fuel gauge came on, I filled it up DEF and it kept saying that I’m running on empty. I thought the leveler was probably broken so I figured I just keep driving it then it said the truck is going to go down to 50 miles an hour so I called my mechanic in Cali since I’m in the middle of Mississippi with my RV my wife and two cats and it’s 105° he said I better not risk it if I kept driving, it could cost me a lot of money. So I started to Google Ford dealers nothing was coming up and to my surprise I looked up and there was a beautiful Ford dealer right in front of me. So I went inside kind of frantic and asked if they could look at it today. they said they were busy but they’ll try to get to it tonight or tomorrow. Anyway, I was stuck and had to find an RV park. Luckily, I found one close by then brought the truck back and Gary was nice enough to give me a ride back to the RV park. They got it fixed the next day. It was the pump. Luckily, they had the part in stock. They picked me up at the RV park. And we were on our way. I’m very grateful to Gary for taking care of me and my family.

This dealership has had my vehicle for 10 months because of a recall on my Ford focus. They have been terrible at communication! They had to order the TCM, finally got that in and it still doesn’t work. So they tell me I need to pay $500 for an actuator because that’s why the TCM isn’t working… and it’s still not working! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! They still have the car with no end in sight. They have stopped working on it and tell me he will try to get back to it in a week or so. I’m shocked at how this is being handled.

Kim was a very courteous and worked with us with everything we wanted and Mr Woolwine also worked at getting the price we were willing to pay for a F 150 Tremor. Kim also worked with us on a spray liner for it. Thank you Woolwine For a great riding truck.

I don’t mind the quick lane because the advisors there are great. They know me by name, and I always receive top notch service. The Quick Lane is why they are receiving stars at all.The service department is a different story. The advisor I have been working with does well. Where this department falls short is that they have had my car for 3 months for an oil leak. I have been told, “It’ll be by then end of this week or the first of next week” for the past 6 to 8 weeks. I have been a loyal customer ever since I bought my car at this dealership. Meaning, all of my service work, including tires, has been given to this dealership. This is unacceptable by any standard of customer service. Furthermore, I have left messages for management to call me and have yet to receive a call back.-One very displeased customer.

Most horrible place ever. Advertised a 2022 f250 for 51990. I drive a good way to go look at truck after I get off work. I work 7 days a week so very little time. Get in touch with my bank. Was already approved for loan just needed a P.O. sent to my bank. Call to purchase truck and VIN and year matched truck to price. But I was told the salesman would call me back. The salesman hastily changed the price but I took screenshots because I knew what he was about to do. Was later informed it was a mistake after I was humiliated and had to tell my family I wasn't going to be able to get it. Had to get back in touch with my bank. More humiliation by the way. To tell them that I wasted their time. Tell my boss that I wasn't going to need the afternoon off to go get the truck. More humiliation. This is the most Low Class establishment I have ever dealt with. The truck was marked up to almost 82000.

The BEST Ford delaership I've ever known. Have been a Ford exclusive since I started driving and have lived in over a dozen states. Grew up in Ford country and this location does Ford proud. The story of the owner is worth publication. High sense of ethics and morals lead to exceptional customer service in all the areas of this dealership.

Woolwine Ford is a great place to visit and they have friendly employees who work there and they have great service there. I give them a 10 plus on employees who work with Woolwine Ford and the quick lane. Mr. Richard Woolwine is aGREAT MAN and FRIEND . GOD BLESS

Went n for oil change an recall for trans. Checked in around 0915 it’s 12:45 an still here. Me whoolwine has walked around an asked if everyone was ok an skipped us. I will not be back here. I don’t want nothing from this dealership. Haven’t offered anything to my son or myself. Only the service advisor has came by twice.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Dropped my car off at ford services and they said they would get to work right away. Nope sat in the shop for 3 weeks and didn't do anything not even the diagnostics ?. There terrible at answering the phone and the lady that did say they were all on their phones. Terrible customer service at least the mechanics. Don't go please ?

I purchased a f-250 from Woolwine Ford and they are 2 hours away from me. I was a little hesitant to purchase being the dealership was so far from my house but Danny and the sales manager made it so easy I couldn’t pass it up. Gave me a fair deal on my trade also.Fast forward 2 days and was hooking up hitch to truck and noticed a egg on the inside of the tire. At that point is when I had a small case of buyers remorse being the dealership was 2 hours away. I sent Danny a pic and text and he told me to bring it to my closest Ford dealership and see what they say. Of course they recommend a new tire and Woolwine paid for the tire at another dealership to save ma a 4 hour round trip. Also the tires were not under warranty.If you see a vehicle you like at Woolwine but think it’s to far let me tell you the ride is worth it just for the way they do business. They are not high pressure give you a fair price and they do not push you for extras at all they give you the options and it’s totally up to you like I said no pressure.I will definitely check them out next time I am in the market for a new vehicle. Hopefully Danny still there.Also they gave us a big Hershey cake I believe it was from the owners wife’s bakery … it was good!
