“This shop is very thorough, courteous and professional. I just left my 2007 Mustang convertible there. I suspected bad rear axle bearings. Rayburn's checked it over, test drove it, put it up on the rack, ran it in the air and listened with a stethoscope. Sure enough both rear wheel bearings are bad. The estimate to fix it was only $376 and no diagnostic charge. The repair may be higher if either axle is found bad ($550 each axle, ouch). I am hoping the axles are still good but I am very impressed with Rayburn's so far!”

“My Wife and I drove to Walt Massey of Columbia on Wednesday, November 23rd to look at possibly ordering a Ford Maverick, but I noticed they had a 2019 used White Ford Ranger. So we asked about that specific truck and It Seemed to be something my wife and I could work with, but then Mrs. DeeDee, the sales person assisting us, said that she was a Colorado girl, herself and said they had one, a 2022 Chevy Colorado, that just came in the day before and asked if I wanted to take a look at it... I said sure and just so everyone knows, DeeDee was great in every aspect while assisting my wife and I with the purchase of a new truck. She was so good, that she actually bent over backwards to help us secure the purchase of that particular truck and we could not be happier with the experience overall.”

Not to their fault but I had a concern and they knew she was traveling the next day so they graciously met us on their own time to make sure it wasn’t a problem with the install.
