We are always treated promptly and with respect at customer service and with the employee tellers. Always a pleasant experience having to figure out what weird problem our account is having now.

The bank teller was very rude, I had to ask to speak to the manager because she refused my transaction but thanks to the manager after having to explain my rights & options and the use of a little logic we came to a solution and deposited the check so don't trust your tellers
