It’s sad to come into a store where not even the manager Rebecca knows about APN SETTINGS OR the reps don’t know what pixels mean….. I activated a tablet few weeks ago and the manager told me they didn’t do APN settings! I worked for cricket for few years and we tried our best for our customers! I activated another tablet and phone today and the people barely know anything in the store and for the bilingual guy in the store please stand up and pull your pants up! Everytime someone walks into the store they seem like they are sleepy and they hate their job! Learn to love your job and give the best customer serviceFor the district manager please contact me I have a lot of complainsyou need need a manager that motivates your team and teaches them about cellphones and all and not have an attitude

Love the actual service and the beginning benefits are great. But once you get your phone make sure it's one you're happy with. It costs an insane amount to upgrade. The new phone price (which is not discounted and has to be paid in full) plus a 25$ upgrade fee and also taxes and fees. It's cheaper to get the insurance, break your phone and get a new one.

I got my phones two days ago took ,an hour on the phone before i talked to a person .I was told phones would pickup at my location.two days and still cant make or receive calls , last person i talked to gave me the runaround then hung up said id get a call from someone today on house phone still waiting for that call . they took my money for these phones and for service and i can't get a straight answer waiting on the phone again . awful company i just want my money back ,so i can go to a real company!!!
