My Review is to let anyone that reads these to know that Jowin Express is a great company, you cannot judge a truck line by one driver, if you only ship 1-2 loads every other month you should not talk badly about the company, I have used Jowin Express between 7-10 years and if I have a problem with a driver they solve the problem right away, I've never had an argument that I felt like they always were right, not sure after one time use you can justify your review.

minus 10. they appear to be in the right no matter what. load was 2 days late, had dirt all over entire stock and the truck was probably 25 years old. driver smelled like he hadent had a bath in a year. his name was Alvin Williams the 3rd. when asked for why he was late he gave a lame excuss but I smelled booze on his breath. will never ever call them, recommend them or would ever use them again. very poor operation looks like they may need some new management. the worst ive ever used and I ship at least once every 1-2 months. just thought id try a company a little cheaper. they need to get act together or move to another business. sure aint gonna make it in this one.what a bunch of degenerates.
