I had an appointment to get a key made for my vehicle they stated they had it in stock just bring paper work, I come in and they say they sold it no phone call or nothing a waste of my time and I don't believe they had it at all, Was not pleased with service,

I had a blow out on my vehicle when it was returned to me after an oil change. I’m sure it wasn’t their fault however a closer look at the tires would have been appreciated!!

Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable waiting area. My scheduled time for oil change and coolant/ fluid check was 10 am and I was leaving by 10:22. Great service.

Would never get my car serviced her ever again. They lie and tell you your car has all these problems just to try and get money out of you and the problem would never get fixed just so they will have you come back and spend more money. They also force there workers to lie to customers and if they don’t they cut there pay as punishment.
HIGHLY DISGUSTED AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

This was the BEST car buying experience I have EVER had and I will be back when I trade again. Cole, Jamie and Chris we the best. We just purchased a 2025 Chevy Trax 2RS from Cole Bourne at Walt Massey Chevrolet for our oldest daughter. She loves the car and Cole was awesome to deal with. We have now bought two vehicles from Cole and will continue to do business with him. Cole had both vehicles delivered to us about 4 hours away from their dealership. His customer service is top notch.
