This place needs to be shut down. I had to get “VIP nails” to repaint my nails because it looked like a 3year old did it.. and they are so unsanitary . The towels they give to dry your hands are disgusting!! She didn’t want to fix any of her mistakes.

I went to NAILS SPA today, and the mani and pedi were.....AWFULL!!!First of all, it was 84 degrees!!!!! That’s what the A/C was set on, and it was very hot and uncomfortable!! I’ve been going there for years!!! Never had this bad service ever!! I told the girl my nails were not even, and the design, a white trim around the edges, were horrible!!! Not even, not straight, they were crooked!!! Not again!!And I paid $ 70.00 plus a tip, for this .......

I got a pedicure and Gel tips. All of the tips fell off on day 7! The pedicure was nothing special. I paid $100 with tip so I was very disappointed!

I don’t recommend for no one, horrible and rude service. Hair was stuck under the polish and he proceeded to paint over it after I asked him to remove it. My nails weren’t completely painted and paint was everywhere but the nail. I’ll will not be returning, EVER!Services: Manicures

Had a friend come from Hattisburg to get his feet done for a pedicure and he felt like he was being profiled they asked to hold his drivers license and another customer come in a white female to get a pedicure and manicure and she went directly back and while he was having his feet done had said that he had to tell them to turn the water temperature down because it was too hot not to mention he felt like they were talking bad about him in their language I will contact the manager Tony after the new year when I was told that that is when he will be available. Will not use your business again because of how my friend was treated when he went in there to get a pedicure.
