I don’t even know where to begin, except with God. He says, “Take one step, and I’ll take two.” And that’s exactly what happened. I took a step of faith during a difficult season of finishing my home, and God sent Quality Flooring right into my path.
Our stories collided in a way that only He could orchestrate. Their kindness, generosity, and understanding came from a place deeper than business, it came from shared experiences, shared struggles, and a connection I will truly cherish forever.
The quality of their work is unmatched because the quality of their hearts sets them apart. I would recommend Quality Flooring to any and everyone not just for their craftsmanship, but for their integrity, compassion, and the way they treat people like family.

Our experience with Quality Flooring was great from the showroom to the installation. Graycee was so helpful with giving us a variety of great material/color choices. The installers were so helpful in moving our large furniture items and did an excellent job putting the flooring down. The completed project is Perfect!! Highly Recommended!!

Sorry but based on my experience, which was by no means great. Not worth the 4hrs it took to get there. On top of that the 3 women that were in this small space weren't very friendly, with barely a hello, meaning basically no greeting. I guess as long as they where getting a paycheck nothing else mattered. Was charged for the incorrect width and length and when it was a obvious mistake on her end she flipped it around like it was my fault. Sure I guess I don't know what material length and width I need. Anyway, 2 guys that did the actual labor where on point, friendly communicative and very helpful in resolving issue. Bottom line I guess there making sooooo much money that they don't need my business. Luckily for me I don't need there's either (I did). Gladly will take it elsewhere though

We used Quality Flooring's Hattiesburg location to purchase and install new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout most of our house after removing ceramic tile ourselves. Mr. John and Sara were great to work with and very helpful in getting us set up for an estimate and coming up with a solution for handling the remaining thinset after removing the tile. We were told up front how long to expect the entire process to take from measuring to install and it was well worth the wait. The installers did a fantastic job and were very professional while working around us as we were living in the house throughout the process. Best of all, their prices were very competitive. With one of their competitors, we were going to cut out things like furniture moving and shoemoding and do those ourselves to save money, but since Quality's prices were so much more reasonable, we had them do all that and still saved a significant amount of money. Once the project was fully completed, we received an updated invoice that came in slightly lower than the original estimate based on actual supplies used and services completed. Overall very pleased and loving our new flooring!

It is my recommendation to stay away from this company at all cost. I wish I would have seen the other negative reviews of this company before hiring them. I hired them to install wood flooring, carpet, granite countertops, tile flooring, and shower tiling.First off, their estimator overestimated almost everything including old flooring removal, new materials, and new installation. Unfortunately, new materials were already ordered before I realized this, and Quality Flooring would not refund any of the materials. When I addressed the overestimation with John, the owner of Quality Flooring, he admitted in a text that it “Seems like somehow Scott (the estimator) messed up everything on this job.” After the owner admitted this it made me call into question every other aspect of their work.The lack of “quality” did not stop with the over estimation. Tile was improperly installed in my laundry room (tile spacing was not uniform as installer did not properly use the tile spacers), the tile grout color was wrong (even after I verified with the owner the correct color), and there was an error with the carpet order that forced me to use a different shade. To top it all off the sink cutouts in the granite countertops were wrong and the owner tried to tell me that was normal. The granite installers cracked the granite when they tried to fix it and had to replace it. This added an additional day to the installation. All of these errors in materials and installation were admitted by the owner.After all of this the owner told me that he was quitting in the middle of the job due to what he called nit-picking. I do not believe that verifying the work being performed is correct after the owner admits that almost everything on this job was messed up is nit-picking. So, I was left having to find a new contractor to finish my project.They might have the best price, but in my experience the lack of “quality” work and the headache of having to make sure they are not overcharging you is not worth it.

Quility Flooring installed our floor a year ago. We have had some issues with our subflooring due to the rain and humidity. Mr. John came in told us how to handle the issue...now their relaying the floor. We really appreciate everything he has done!!!! He's employees have been awesome! Everything has be Great!!! Thanks ya'll

Could not measure my carpet right. When I called to inform them they shorted me a foot of carpet she told me I would have to bring the carpet back to them and then they would TRY to fix it.So my husband takes it back to them only to find out they do NOT have enough to replace it. So now I have to either wait weeks for it to come in or have an ugly seam down the middle of my porch. That will end up coming unraveled. There have been no apologies, no refund, no discount given, NOTHING to fix the problem that THEY have caused. I will NEVER do business with them again. They are a sorry business to deal with.They kid behind the counter doesn’t even have a clue how to run it and the owner ( John ) is never around to deal with personally.I also find it odd that the only reviews out are the 5 star reviews. If they can’t put ALL the reviews out then what are they hiding??

My main beef with this little business is the attitude of the manager,maybe part owner- Roxanne. Very unprofessional and a very bad attitude. Very untrustworthy little business. They use " Christian family owned business" in their advertising. Don't fall for it!!!
