I was returning my AT&T modem. I was told if all equipment wasn’t returned I would be charged $200.00. I took the modem in the original box with modem and plug. The older man with a gold chain took the modem out of the box and push the box toward me. I told him that he forgot the plug, he said we don’t return the plug. I told him ok but if I get in trouble about that it will fall on you. He said “No it won’t”. Really. It’s not necessary to be rude and obnoxious. This is the first and last time I will use this UPS store.

The staff at the UPS store in Columbia are always super friendly and helpful when I need to make copies and laminate them. The employees work quickly and I am always satisfied with the services.

I visited The UPS Store in Columbia to do an Amazon return. One UPS worker behind the counter but he did a great job keeping the line moving! Eezy peezy!!!

I use this place pretty often since I run a business with a lot of shipments (and I do a lot of Amazon returns, haha) but never have had any issues. Love Dale! who ends up being there most mornings I come by. Everyone is usually very helpful!

The owner was absolutely the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with . Absolutely ridiculous & childish! I will never be back & have told all my family & neither will they !

Website says open 10 am to 3pm on Sunday. Store is closed. They lie on their web page. Wasted mytime....

It is sad to see how this business has gone from top notch to what it was today in the last few years under new ownership. I remembered today why I haven’t stopped here in a long time. This was only my third time back since the change, and now I know why.
