I went in to the Columbus location today to just to set up an appointment. There were two people at the desk. I told her I wanted to ensure that my Insurances were accepted. They are on my list of approved providers. I was told to " take a seat" and she would be with me in a moment. I thought she was on a business call which seemed to be ongoing. The other person got up ( i thought she was coming to wait on me) took a file out of the cabinet ( never acknowledging my presence) and sat down. There was no one else there ( now I know why). I heard a snippet of the conversation ( how is .....doing?) and realized she was making me wait for a personal conversation. She was so oblivious to my presence that she did not see me leave. I understand the negative reviews. I will find another provider who values people and their time. The commercials need to reflect the true nature of the business

Just wanted a tooth pulled, went in for visit, gave me a speech about how i needed a deep cleaning, and two crowns and a ton of other things that was going to total over $6000! Itemized list even had a electric tooth brush on it for $150!!! ALL i wanted was the tooth pulled. Finally got them to just pull the tooth, after, the doc looked at it and said, Oh yeah, it's cracked bad, there was no saving this one. That was one of the teeth he wanted to crown!!!!Don't get me wrong, they do good work, but stand your ground or they will own the ground you stand on!!!

I have a huge fearOf denist but they always make me feel comfortable and help me through it ! Only complaint I have is the cost is insane ! For someone needing work done $2000 is quite a lot of money just to fork out of your own wallet! They tell you that you need this work done or your teeth will get so much worse but if can’t afford it what do you do ??? That’s my only complaint

The staff was timely, professional and personable. The dentali hygienist was wonderful and very informative. I found a good new dental office for our family and friends.

I had an emergency situation. My moller tooth broke off on Saturday afternoon. I called several dentist in West Point all of who were booked solid due to this being the week before or were cloed until Jan 3rd. Aspen Dental worked me in today. Pulled my broken tooth and set me up on a plan to take care of my teeth and improve my heath. Someone cares

It looks like all the reviews of Aspen Dental are terrible. I wish I had looked at the reviews earlier. I went to to the location in Tupelo yesterday. Apparently they don't have modern x-ray equipment. I went through excruciating pain with the procedure they used. The technician told me the dentist would put me on a plan. I hadn't even talked to the dentist yet. This sounded strange to me. It sounded like they they tell every customer that they have some kind of severe dental problem. I have dental insurance . I have had 6 month dental checkups for years. The dental hygienist told me that I have periodontal disease. It seems strange that I've never been told that before. The last dentist I went to said I have beautiful teeth. It costs a lot more money to have a periodontal cleaning than a normal cleaning. I am getting another opinion from another dentist. I couldn't get out of that place fast enough. I personally think they have a racket going. They do free examinations and then charge customers tremendous fees for services they don't need.

New customer (nearly). Communication was decent, but not a fan of back to back same day cancellations. I doubt that is the routine, but time is valuable. Elected to go elsewhere.

Excellent staff. Great customer service. Everyone was friendly, every thing explained in great details. If you don't have insurance this is the place to go, they offer flexible payment plans, 1st visit for new clients is free for exam and x-rays. The staff cares for each person.

Great customer service! called for an emergency extraction, got me right in and immediately got to looking at my tooth and plan for extraction. Didn't try to push any extra costs on me, made me feel very comfortable, every one in the office was very friendly, helpful and understanding! Will definitely recommend. Thank you for helping me and relieving my pain! Dr Painton did a great job!

Had a dental emergency and they worked me in and took care of it for me. The dentist, hygienist, and front staff were all super nice and I greatly appreciated them taking care of me.
