Came in to ask about repairing or replacing a blown sub, ended up getting an upgrade instead. The guys here were very helpful and knowledgeable, helping me pick out a sub based on what I listened to, and then set me up with an amp that worked well with it.They even worked with me when I gave them the wrong sizing for the factory sub in the car, and was able to get a bigger sub installed to match the factory size. Spent about 3.5 hours at the store while their team did the install and was able to learn about all of their products and get some opinions on what worked well for my budget range and music tastes from a guy who listens to the same stuff.Planning to return to finish upgrading my aging audio hardware, and recommending them to anyone I know who asks.P.S. Unsure about the return policy, but they spent a fair amount of time explaining the warranty periods to me for my new equipment. Should be easier handling warranty issues if the product is purchased and installed at the store itself.

I’ve been a customer of audio advantage for more than 2 decades. I’ve took my cars that I owned in the past to get amps,tweeters,speakers new radio you name it. Today o had an appointment to get a new radio installed. My car been driving fine & never had an issue until they installed the radio . To my knowledge they said that my car wouldn’t start & I ask why. The guy that was working on it said that it must was a previous problem and by installing the radio it made it act up. ‼️which is a lie‼️He said it was my starter so I’m sitting there watching him tap on my starter and had a tool tampering with it. He stated it happens sometimes but he was for sure that it was the starter. ‼️Another lie‼️It wasn’t‼️I told him all parts on my vehicle has been replaced and have the receipts to back it up. So he just said I’m not going to buy you a starter(which I didn’t care because dealing with numbers it’s not a problem) he said the starter is bad, so I had to call champions towing to tow my car from audio advantage!( Good at taking advantage of females mostly) I got it towed to my mechanic that I been dealing with for years, he checked it out went behind there work and found a wire that they knocked lose. I called trying to resolve the pro purge owner had every excuse there was. My car was fine before I took it!! Thankfully my mechanic fixed the problem ! I had to paid them for installing a new radio System, had to pay the mechanic and the towing company! DONOT TAKE YOUR CARS THERE DONOT RECOMMEND NOONE! THEY WILL MESS SOMETHING ELSE UP AND BLAME IT ON A PREVIOUS PROBLEM! BE WARE! Evil money hungry scammers!

I busted a speaker in the back of my gmc jimmy while bouncing a Betty so hard that my tires popped in a DG parking lot. I went to the place to get an advantage with my audio over my friends so i can't hear that wet hole fart because it makes me laugh and ruins the moment while mr big is singing those sweet love making tunes

Super knowledgeable and helpful staff. Prices seem on the level. They seem busy which is good. I'm still waiting for a part for an kit for a 2008 Benz SL500 radio install. I had 2 appointments where I drove 2 hours all for naught. The part wasn't in. No one called me ahead of time. I tried to call ahead of time on the 2nd appt, but it was before they open - no answer. The supply chain issue may be the problem. Just make sure you call 1 business day before you show for your appointment. I'll review again once the service is performed.

Been trying to set up an appointment for 3 months to get subs installed, every time I call they say they have 60-65 cars and will not schedule in advance.
