“Our business, Crown Transportation, has been devastated by Covid 19. I have been reading many comments from fellow small business owners, about having so many issues securing funding for the PPP (Payroll Protection Program, which helps pay employees and some qualified expenses for 8 weeks). I am extremely grateful for my local bank, BankFirst, and my loan officer, Tim Henderson. Tim was on top of his game before the Cares Act passed and kept me abreast of what I would need to submit, once the law passed. He has always responded quickly to our calls and emails, and has been our banker for over 20 years. I submitted my PPP info to BankFirst on Friday, April 4. They submitted info to SBA on Monday, April 6. I got approved on Tuesday and signed the documents on Wednesday. The funds were in our account on Thursday, April 9. Exceptional service.
