“Ashley has been exceptional!!!! Having worked in this industry, I know where most mortgage loan originators fall short and where buyers and real estate agents get the most frustrated. She was VERY professional and responsive...even when I was the typical buyer and couldn't wait 8 hours to see if the loan estimate was out, the appraisal was in, the closing documents went out, the clear to close came in. In short, I'm a little embarrassed by how impatient I was. Through it all, she was patient and understanding. Communication was consistent and we close today.....3 weeks from application to closing!!!!!To put a fine point on this, if I was still in this business, I would try very hard to steal her from you. :)”
