I live out of state and was pleasantly surprised to see this type of department store in a small town. It's like a combination of Macy's, Dillard's and food outlet malls in one place. Fantastic selection of clothes, shoes, cosmetics and anything else you'd want for your wardrobe. Friendly staff as well.

Not crazy about clothing customer service. I’ve actually avoided the store for that reason, but Darnise in the home section made me want to start shopping here again! She has amazing customer service skills!
