So I gave this location a try, on two different occasions. Both times I was lied to by the teller. The first time the teller said a check I was inquiring about to the IRS was not cashed and that I would have to go to the other location where I was issued the check to get it resolved. Both lies- the check was cashed 3 days after I mailed it off and this location could have searched for the status, according to the other branch. The second time the teller lied was when I called to ask to release my funds from a deposited check via ATM, teller says there is nothing they (the teller) can do to help me that their offices were closed the previous Monday and Tuesday, I asked to please speak to someone who could possibly help me further than what (the teller) were able to and I was transferred to call center. The lie- something could have been done, I called the other branch and the manager very kindly released some of the funds until the check could fully process so to not leave me in a bind. I’m very disappointed in how this locations teller was so quick to make up stories and lie to a client. It makes it difficult to trust them and I will not return to this location or even so much as recommend them.

Customer Service is a joke. They gave me the run around two days about my account. Once I was told by Jeanna Harmon that anyone could activate it.

This bank has gone so down hill it is not even funny and i have been a customersince 2000 when it was NBC. Don't deposit a loan check they will hold your check over a week longer even after the loan company has sent them the money and then won't release the hold until a Friday so you can't receive the money until the follow Monday. The 1 800 number is a joke also they don't care about the customer and when you ask for a Manger they will hang up on you and when you call back you get someone new and magically they don't have the person before working there. I would highly recommend going to any bank other than cadence or bancorpsouth bc they are the same since they have joined together.

Horrible service since they have merged with bancorpsouth. Would highly recommend that you take your business to another bank.
