Store was very unorganized and very rude. I went through self check and left money. I tried calling and the store phone go straight to an automated voice and ends the call. I’ll never go again. I feel like your customers should be important enough to call and get a worker on the phone.

Just went in there and the check out lady was rude . She wanted to argue about a cord not being a charger and roll her eyes . I personally think it’s funny . If you don’t have customer service skills don’t need to work here . Never coming back .

Hmmmm,, I wonder how things new & dirty in the box.... Be careful buying things for kids & letting them use it without cleaning.... Got ear pods also & they look like they been used smh.... So mad right now,, haven't even gotten out the car yet Lord.

Very excited to have 5 Below here! When they opened it was perfect, but since they've opened it's gotten very messy. Shelves look deshovled Everytime I go in, merchandise is in the wrong place, and broken merch is sitting on the shelves. I love their selection of drinks and snacks. I go there a ton now and prefer it over dollar tree most of the time.
