“While I LOVE the Kroger in Columbus I will never repeat never buy a thing from the deli there again. I understand hating to work on Christmas Eve and being busy but darn do I understand being rude. Went to the deli waited 10 minutes for anyone to come out of the back to help then another 5 minutes for the person to wash their hands another 5 for her to wipe off the slicer all this time NEVER saying one word to me. Got to another slicer and said”what do you want?” And not in a polite way. Never turning around until I replied “nothing” I’ll do with out and I walked away. Rude and hateful I will never go there to buy lunch meat again.”
