Store is fairly clean, employees are fake friendly and all drinks I wanted were out. Employee just looked at me and walked away when I asked if there was a replacement available.

Trashy place. Every drink in the fountain was out and when they were told they tell a customer he needs to get a bottle from the cooler. Not friendly at all. Bathroom smells like ammonia and the whole floor is soaked. Toilets looked like they got brushed out about a year ago

I really love love's, very nice, but here besides fake smile, none of employees including management won't help or at least pretend to help about electronic devices. I'm asking to buy garmin eld if that fits my truck . No one knows, I understand, but if you tell me to buy and if it doesn't fit ( I have glider kit truck) what am I going to do. I can't return $270 ?? No refund. 2) Bought 2 jerky meat cashier telling me I can't use my reward points. Weird

I recently stopped at this Love’s for a 10-hour break and found the area to be generally decent. The truck stop is clean, with plenty of options for food and parking. The staff inside the store are polite and helpful; however, the shop experience was quite different.
I decided to get a fuel filter and lube job on both my truck and trailer while here, but unfortunately, technician Marty created significant issues. He installed my fuel filters dry, causing my truck to run out of fuel. Marty was extremely rude throughout, and to make matters worse, he didn’t even grease the entire truck as he was paid to do. Not only that, but he also left trails of grease everywhere, and it looks like most of the grease ended up on the outside of the truck rather than where it belongs. He then left at 3 PM—right at the end of his shift—leaving the job incomplete and passing it to the next shift.
This was unprofessional, inconsiderate, and showed a lack of respect for my livelihood, which depends on my truck. Although the rest of the staff was great, I won’t be returning here for any future shop work.

Ask for two packs of cigarettes and manager on duty said if what nobody in this store ask for if then in a smart way that’s hard to believe. I said you need to check your employees. I said who over you general manager but did not give me no name.

Clean store. Large, nice showers. Small parking lot. Probably squeeze 30 trucks in, not much more.
