The Bank is opened BUT NOONE ANSWERS THE PHONE DURING BUSINESS HOURS. I have called both branches several times today and someone finally picks up after about the 99th ring. Regions do better please. Everything is not warranted physically coming to THE BANK.

I was completely misinformed about when my deposit was to clear and now I have to wait to pay my Bill's that are due. To regions bank, please inform all employees to give correct information to customers!!! I'm one EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED customer!!!!
