I use to love stopping by here because of friendly people. However at 1:15am this morning that all changed. I came In to purchase cigarettes, and 2 snacks. I had cash and card. Was gonna use both. I asked the woman at the register how much an item was. She said she had to ring it up first….. I told her I knew that, no problem. Then when she told me, I was trying to let her know that I was going to pay for it in cash AND CARD…..BUT instead she literally told me “well you’re better off not buying anything in this store then!” I was beyond shocked and told her to forget it and just walked out ashamed. Not to mention she did it in front of people in the store. Y’all lost a good and loyal customer thanks to her.

I have to be at work at 5:am in the mornings, and I come by Shell on Highway 50 at 4:20 am every morning. Over the past several weeks I had been stopping in buying gas and getting 2 pieces of meat for breakfast. I knew the biscuits were not ready before 5: but it was nice to be able to just purchase breakfast that early. This morning I ask for a piece of steak and a piece of pork chop and the cook started getting ill at the young lady getting it for me saying breakfast is not ready until 5:am, she would start leaving it in the stove until then. I am sorry for the young lady's that work the counter because they are very nice and cheerful! But I will take my business elsewhere, this seems to be shell all over, will not sale breakfast until 5:am anywhere. If you have it sitting there why not sale it to people who have to go to work early? This is only good business sense! I am not complaining if its not ready! just want to buy it if it is! But sale your gas and drinks to someone else now, I think Loves has sausages ready early, Have a good day.
