very rude morning service walk in no greetings not even can i help you or what can i get for you then i was yelled out your welcome by the morning girl really don't appreciate an attitude from someone that is paid too provide me a service who would want too start there day off with that experience and worse yet that might be a manager:(

Great employees always like family. I would love to know who owns the store though. The owner should be notified that when it is pouring rain, your entrance way is raining inside the building and running all down the window. Your employees have to move stuff off of the shelves in that area and put cups in the window in hops of catching it. Not only that, but is a hazard to the customers walking in. The water pours all in the floor and also runs. No amount of mops and wet floor signs could be enough to warn customers walking in. And I would like to point out that your employees have notified you in the past. This amount of water damage could cause black mold and make your customers and employees sick who are in there. Let’s do better Shell owners. To the employees who have to do what you can, it is not your fault for poor management and I hope this reaches out to Shells attention to remodel your building.
