One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. The lack of communication between corporate office and the local branch is nonexistent. Sadly, they’re both in Columbus. We were promised an order that never arrived and now we’ve been told it’s back ordered until December 26. It was to be delivered Oct. This is the only means of supplement. What happens to those individuals who don’t have the means!

Very friendly and hard working staff. Ashley & Traci are wonderful at making sure your satisfied with your visit. They worked in a timely matter and got my cpap and supplies.

Courteous, hard working staff. Always there to help in any way possible regardless of the issue. Times are tough but these people do their absolute best!! The lady working the front counter was so generous and nice. Keep up the good work!!

This is the place to go for your medical supply needs! They are always professional, helpful, and kind when we have a need. Megan goes above and beyond to help with insurance and coverage questions, and the company as a whole is terrific and community oriented!

Was recommended to SPC for a walking boot for my son. I was very impressed with the overall atmosphere of this business. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions and was able to help me with what I needed quickly. I would highly recommend using SPC for any medical equipment you need.

I absolutely 100 percent agree with Wes. This business(and I use the word loosely) is unprofessional, stoic, slow and are possibly not aware that they are suppose to be providing a service!! They haven't been providing a service for me. It's been more like a disservice with an ample scoop of they don't give a _ _ _ _. Go to Baptist Medical and get the service you need and deserve. With any luck this sorry place will go out of business soon. Hopefully real soon!

I would not recommend using these sorry unprofessional people they don’t know what they are doing too busy with personal lives to be worried about patients in need. I have been dealing with them for 5 weeks on repayment they never return your phone call and never let anyone know what’s going on what is needed the fact you can’t get a return phone call and have to call and cuss and throw a fit or show up there to get service is beyond me! This place is nothing but a run around. Lazy employees with personal life excuses as to why they can’t do their job! Yo problems ain’t mine leave your home life at home or stay there and let someone else fill that job!

Wonderful employees, doing a great service for this area! Always kind and friendly and know the equipment and great about explaining how it is used!
