Horrible experience today. Have financed house and many cars cars over 27 years and now when I need to talk to someone, I have been on hold and left call back message every hour for 6 hours. Can’t wait to get back into town so I can withdraw my savings out of this bank.

Been a member for 10+ years. Bank switched to New features "conversion " that lasted over 3 days with false advertisements as to when customers would have access to our accts..Instead of stating "online banking features will be available Nov 4 2022 at midnight which then switched to midday etc , the sign should have apologized for any inconvenience and said all systems will be down until further notice ( facts).Before 8 am there were cars wrapped around the buildings at both locations 45 and 82.Speaking for myself my saving and checking acct cards are restricted! Waited in line over an hour (drive thru) just to get to the window to be told " you'll have to come inside to have a hold removed from your card ??." Remind you the inside at that time had a crowd!! You'd think the bank was giving away free money/cash lol!The tellers were very frustrated so it really didn't matter what mood the customers were in . Went back to the bank at 2 pm just to give everyone else a chance to figure things out , complain, etc.Same results as far as lines were concerned. Went back through the drive through to then be told " I couldn't get a print out of my acct, I'd have to come inside)!Suggestions:Maybe a sign could've been posted (as you're entering) at both locations stating what customers NEEDED to come inside for and what COULDVE been handled via drive thru only. That would've kept down a lot of frustration ?? Maybe extra staff for the reopening day?? Maybe close a little later for people who work until 5 so theyll have access to thier accts before the weekend?Joint accts have been merged so good luck with any joint ppl not sharing joint info. (Catch that one later) . the joint accts now shows ALL available transactions on one screen/acct instead of toggling between 2accts as well as the total balance on both accts instead of separate transactions for each acct.why pay 2 separate fees to open an acct years ago if the system just merged the 2 accts ? ANYWAY ??.So since the "conversion " all payments have been returned, I couldn't shop for birthday gifts or anything else (still can't 5 days later) because of the restriction on my cards that neither the teller nor the fraud dept could lift...returned payments due to acct restriction, late fees, credit reporting etc and not being able to remove funds unless you go through drive thru ( although there's a limit)..Prayerfully triangle will fix mistakes going forward. And good luck calling the 800 number for a rep. Besides all of this it was definitely time for some updates to thier system. The New browser has some really nice security features with way more options than the last . The orange was right on time for this fall season. The website and app is pretty easy to use amd even allow you to take screen shots:)#Will def definitely switch banks though!

Ashley has been exceptional!!!! Having worked in this industry, I know where most mortgage loan originators fall short and where buyers and real estate agents get the most frustrated. She was VERY professional and responsive...even when I was the typical buyer and couldn't wait 8 hours to see if the loan estimate was out, the appraisal was in, the closing documents went out, the clear to close came in. In short, I'm a little embarrassed by how impatient I was. Through it all, she was patient and understanding. Communication was consistent and we close today.....3 weeks from application to closing!!!!!To put a fine point on this, if I was still in this business, I would try very hard to steal her from you. :)

Highway 45 is by far the best credit union branch you could ever ask for. They have a tremendous staff headlined by a young lady named Tracey. She is always a pleasure to work with and just has an outstanding way of making sure all your needs are taken care of. If there were more than 5 stars, I would give them to TFCU HWY 45
