I had a terrible experience at the Ulta Beauty in Columbus, MS. I was in the store for over 30 minutes and not a single employee greeted me or offered to help. Several employees were just standing around at the cash register, talking and not paying attention to customers. Others were hanging out in the hair section, also doing nothing to assist. I felt completely ignored the entire time I was there. On top of that, the employees at the front were giving me judgmental looks, which made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcome.
This isn’t just a one-time issue either. The last few times I’ve been to this location over the past two months, the atmosphere has been awful. The employees are no longer helpful or friendly like they used to be, and it’s clear that customer service is no longer a priority here. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a customer-facing environment. I won’t be returning to this location any time soon.

I haven't been to this Dollar Tree in a long time.
I remembered it having lots of everything.
Small selection of Easter,, few wreath forms small ribbon
I love the supply.
Not what it once was.
Now the one her at Leigh Mall is always very stocked.
I was disappointed.I love these stores.
And go to them several times a month.
But not this one.

I love it but I do not like the messes that kids make I’m 11 but I’m not like that and I think that people should not judge kids that walk in because you don’t know how they are with the testers but it is very rude to do that to the teasers

Went to buy cologne. It was all locked up, even the testers. Stood in line for 15 minutes at the checkout counter to get help. She told me someone was on their way. The lady said she would be right with me and then went to check people out. I waited another 10ish minutes. She tried to give me the wrong scent. She argued with me that she was right. I was like no that box would not hold the shape bottle I wanted. Just a lot of wasted time to be told they were out of what I wanted.

Literally the worst hair stylist you can ever think. I booked for a full highlight and the stylist Jessica was rude, obviously didn’t want to do her job! Was talking to me like I was stupid. I have had highlights done for over a year now I know what the process for a dark haired person to get the color they are wanting it takes several sessions! I know the damage process I know all of it. But still didn’t want to do her job especially when I was also adding on all of the things she recommended. Especially ticked me off when I had an important thing to attend this weekend! And the worst part was costumers chasing me out of the door telling me how messed up and rude the stylist was to me! Do Better and listen to your clients not your self!

Cashier is rude. I asked for a price check on a perfume because it was not listed. She made sure to catch an attitude and say “it would be right where you picked up the perfume”? Turns out the perfume was in the wrong place. Please learn customer service if you’re choosing to work in the public. I love this store and always come here.June 2nd, around 7:00pm?

They were good when they first opened. A nice guy helped me find my perfect foundation shade one day. In the last year, makeup samples are missing or a mess. A clerk told me stealing is a problem. Probably due to ZERO employees in that department...ever! Items are out of stock for months, too. The restocking was an issue before covid, so the "supply" excuse is not the whole reason. At least clean up the makeup area so items are easily found in their correct spots and post an employee in that area.

This Ulta Store needs two more employees in afternoon and evening hours saw two ladies very busy at register ringing up customers. Needs to be cleaned up on the outside all around the store.

Negative 30 starts out of any number at all. I went here for a basic wax. The person who did it was late, despite my appointment being booked two days earlier. Thus, the wax was not hot. I started asking if it was sugaring because of the temperature, and she had no idea. She started globbing the cold wax on my face. Obviously because of the temperature it would not stick to the wax strip. She proceeds to say, "I can see why you normally get this threaded..." as if the AMOUNT of hair is the problem. At this point she had been struggling for about 30 minutes. I then tell her don't worry about it, just clean my face off. She starts to yank the wax off piece by piece with cotton and oil, hurting me. I get up and leave covered in wax, cotton, and oil. I then go around town trying to get other wax techs to remove the wax and do the job but obviously they won't because it looks unsanitary and it's not their work. I then call the very rude manager (blondeish, 20s/30s, thicker build, female) who tells me that she sent the tech home "sick" after my appointment and there's no one else there to remove. AKA: she saw what happened and either fired or reprimanded the tech. I show up to the store asking them to provide whatever wax removal product the techs use and the half *** manager tries to CHARGE ME for it. I obviously was not doing that. Ultimately they provided me with some oil that didn't work and I ended up ripping off more skin. NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS PLACE FOR BEAUTY SERVICES. THEIR TECHS ARE NOT TRAINED PROPERLY AND CANNOT HANDLE BASIC TASKS. FURTHERMORE, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT.
