Call about my package… while talking to rude customer service representative who answered the phone my cell died on her… so I call back to finish conversation this girl pick up phone hung it up … then I called back to her pick it up and not saying anything no greeting or nothing just held the phone finally she hangs it up then take phone off hook…for about 30 minutes …so I waited a while n called back because I just know this is not happening but again she repeated the same thing … so finally I call 1-800 number get a complaint number for corporate… I block my number and call back she answer finally answer rudely then refused to give name and just going to tell me I hung u on her for what… I’m looking for a package from a company you work for NOT OWN… so definitely will never ever do business in this location EVER… ups do better with who y’all choice to operate your center because this was the worst of the worst experience I’ve ever had. Trust the only reason u got 1 star because I had to select something but trust this is a negative 10 stars

Highly recommend for all of your shopping and printing needs. Prefer this store over visiting the post office. The ladies that work this location are a pleasure to work with and they are knowledgeable concerning their jobs. I frequently use this location for Amazon returns and shipping items to loved ones out of state. I have ever encountered issues with returns or shipping.

DO NOT USE THIS STORE!! I had a package delivered by UPS that did not belong to me. The Manager laughed at me when I told her I received a package that didn't belong to me. She said they didn't handle deliveries, which I understood but I was needing their customer service number which I had trouble Googleing. When I asked her name, she laughed at me again. Very unprofessional! I reported her to corporate office. UPS please hire qualified people that care about their customers.

Came into the store(7:49a.m.),very nice lady helped me with copies, rung me up made my copies and I was out of there. She was quick. Told her I would be back for more copies in the future.

Not impressed at all. No one ever answers the phone and I think they are closed more than they are open. Will be taking my business elsewhere. I will also be contacting UPS corporate. Last package I received was ripped open and I was charged a $5 pick up fee and not offered a receipt.

I was using this store as a UPS access point. I sent my stethoscope for servicing to 3M and these people lost my stethoscope somewhere in their store, either that or someone stole it. I'm a nurse, obviously this is a very important tool in my profession. Beyond the practical value my stethoscope held it had sentimental value. It was my very first stethoscope given to me as a gift by a dear friend when I got accepted into nursing school. It had been with me since nursing school and now it is lost forever and no one is taking any accountability! My husband tried to request it be sent to a different access point when he tried to pick it up and they couldn't find it. Obviously that didn't help because the package containing my stethoscope was already lost/stolen! The tracking shows it was received by Tiara on 10/2/2020. It is now 10/18 and I am STILL getting the run around not just by management at this store but also by corporate. Don't trust this store!!!

Most of the bad reviews are older. The current staff does an excellent job at shipping and printing services. I am in there almost daily, and they are always kind and friendly to the customers. I maintain a mailbox there for packages, since Columbus thugs like to steal them from my porch.
