My packages are never delivered to my address, it always gets sent back with the reason saying incorrect address. My address is always put in correctly and it’s still not delivered. I have to call customer service and wait 20 minutes to speak with someone to resolve to issue were there is none with the address in the first place.

Can't seem to get my packages to my house we've been three times not getting our package from Amazon don't think much of their service I don't know where they're delivering myself but I'm not getting it

Phone Customer service was no help and I was told my package is lost. Destination was changed to pickup without me requesting it.

They are always super polite when apologizing for messing up my delivery again. I have a very clearly labeled driveway with my address clearly printed in 9 inch tall letters on both sides of the mail box - but apparently they can't find my address - EVERY TIME. And every time I have to waste time from my life contacting them and giving them directions. My deliver is then delayed 1-2 days. Every time I am told that ''there will be a note put on my account and it won't happen again." But guess what - it does. This has been going on for almost 2 years. TOTALLY INCOMPETENT.

It looks like I am a victim of the same driver as the last review that was made. The driver supposedly had made several attempts to deliver at my business and did not leave a door sticker for a attempt for delivery. When the final attempt was supposed to be made I was there all day and no one ever showed up but according to the UPS site the final delivery attempt was made at 6:14 PM which we were open and conducting business at that time. Now I am forced to go to the facility in Columbus where they’re only open for 2 days from 4:30pm - 6:00pm but that is when I’m running my business so I have to find someone that can go get my package! This isn’t the first time I have had problems with UPS in Starkville! UPS anywhere else is great but I always have problems in Starkville.

We just move to downtown main street in Columbus MS. And unfortunately one of my orders online had to be shipped by UPS! I was at home all day waiting for my package because online on UPS Website it indicated that it will be arriving on that day. No one came and knock on our door and next thing you know the delivery guy cancelled and just wrote “no signature available ” . I had to wait the next day to wait on a knock for a signature for a second attempt and the same exact thing happened. No one came and attempted to get any signature but instead the delivery guy just did the same thing,. “no signature available “ is it hard to park somewhere near the building and walk 10-15 steps to deliver a package!? We have public parking lots on both sides of our building..

They lie and say my package is undeliverable because of no apartment number, yet they have my apartment number in the address they have, they just fail at delivering my package EVERY TIME and come up with different lies about why they can't.
