I was told by Verizon’s customer service to go to this store to get a new sims card because of my technical issues.The two employees that worked there were no help!! One had no clue and the other was rude for no reason and refused to give me a sims card!! Rest assured I will complain until I get the right person to straighten out this store because I have seen similar reviews from other customers!

The two employees there on Saturday 9/9 at 12:48, one male and female, were absolutely no help assisting with a sims card issue. The lady was very rude and handed me their landline phone and told me to call customer service for the issue. Customer service wasn’t much help either and the line clearly stated the store could help me with the issue. Will not be back!

The people there do not know squat about the phones they sell. Get your phone and service through a Verizon owned and operated store, not a franchise store.

So I was gifted an iPad from a Verizon store in another state and came to Mississippi immediately. I’m having a tremendously hard time transferring all my data from my phone to set up the iPad. It’s been taking 1.5 days already to ‘restore icloud’ and I needed some assistance to see what I was doing wrong or how I could do it differently. Nope. They couldn’t help me. I hardly have any money to my name but they want to charge me $35 (highway robbery!) just to connect to Wi-Fi so they would be able to help me! I wonder how much they’d charge me for the help then. So I was brushed off pretty rudely. I told her I didn’t even have $35 and I’m certainly not a techy person, and I just genuinely need help!

Some of the worst customer service, the female associate had sold two Google pixel 7 pro’s Saturday and and called to check on the status of the phones said the tracking showed their were at the store this evening. Drive 30 minutes to get here and finally upgrade our phones. The lady who sold the phones saw us walk in and completely walked to the back and told us to deal with the man at the back counter. The man at the counter told us we had to deal with the sales rep who sold us the phones and then told us to come back tomorrow to just get the phones. Was no help at all and just overall terrible customer service

These guys and gals took really good care of myself and my son. End of the month and it felt like we were the only ones in there. Personal service all of the way. Great group of people and willing to work late if needed. Thanks again. ?

Johnny was very helpful and patient. It took a couple of hours because of slow internet. He multi-task with other customers checking on me in between time. He is truly a people person. It was refreshing to interact with him. My ISSUE while time consuming was urgent, I was desperate. My phone was going haywire for weeks. Now, I can breathe. I depend on my phone like I need air.So BIG SHOT OUT TO JOHNNY.THANKS!!!

Laniya Gilliam made our swap to Verizon painless! They are an amazing team and the customer service is the best. I would refer family and friends to to the store and Laniya any day.
