I went to the Walmart auto care center to get a fat flat tire fixed at 6:55 in the morning on Sunday. It was supposed to open at 7 o’clock. 705 kept calling the auto center who never answered the phone. I tried calling the operator and that phone was never answered. I tried to other departments and they never answered the phone. About 730 and employee finally walked out of the auto care center entrance and notified everyone that there would not be any technician there until 10 o’clock.

Nice Walmart but if you want a fast Walmart pick up experience I recommend going to Starkville instead.

Our Walmart is clean, the greeters are nice and polite. I'd recommend our Walmart.

I was given a gift and was unable to get the receipt. I was not allowed to exchange the item even though their refund policy doesn't state that their is a monetary limit. I asked to speak to a Manager and was not allowed. I tried to call the store 8 times in a row and no one would ever answer. When I told the girl at customer service that no one was answering the phone she admitted that she doesn't answer the phone. What great customer service. I'm only rating them two store because when I called head quarters to explain she was very nice and apologetic. But as the store goes their customer service leaves much to be desired. This is coming from someone that has worked in customer service for over 20 years.
