A nice variety store with comparable/competitive prices. Not enough registers are open compared to the number they have in every store. I don't usually mind buying their store brand foods. I'm not interested in paying more for a product that's not any better, but just paying for a commercial on tv.

I bought my son a crunch pack paw patrol it was for him to eat while we're out traveling and when I went to open it for him a strong odor came out so I checked like a parent should grapes were molded apples had a strange smell and the cheese was hard thank god I didn't let him eat it I'm highly upset about it cause my son loves paw patrol and he gets everything with paw patrol on there

The store itself was great but just pay attention to the traffic when entering and exiting the parking lot. People apparently do not understand stop signs and have four-way stops or even three-way stop work.

Shane u have to scan and bag all it own groceries then they want to see it receipt at the door. They need to have these folks checking people out instead of harassing folks for a darn receipt.

Called the pharmacy this morning to check on the availability of a medication that has supply issues. I am traveling and trying to do the leg work for my doctor so he can call it in when there is supply available.The person answering the phone was incredibly rude, had o interest in my dilemma and hung up on me. She should be fired.

Seams like most employees are only there for a check! Self checkout? We the customers should be getting rewarded for checking ourselves out and bagging our own groceries and misc.The prices have become scandalous here.I hate going here now.Lord help us all!!

One of the best shopping experiences I've had on a very long time. I was looking for a blutooyh adapter and ased a young lady for it. She helped me look, and soon she had three other employees looking as well. Then, Eugene, one of the supervisors, joined, and we checked three departments before he found what I needed near the checkout. I never would have found it, and he went above and beyond.

This is from Chaos Divers …Thank you to the Walmart Manager of Columbus, Mississippi (Katrina), for the 7am wakeup call. She really wanted us to know she was there. She beat on the door and then sat next to the RV and honked.I’m sorry I parked the RV and boat on the corner of your lot and stayed the rest of the morning since we got in after hours of driving through the night.I’m SO SORRY I knew we needed supplies for the next 3 weeks and trying to give you my business.Please excuse the fact we are trying to help a family bring back a lost loved one, as I tried to explain to you this morning, but didn't want to listen to me.WALMART, DO BETTER. BE BETTER. I’ll find a different store to shop at this morning.

If I could give this 0 stars I would Katrina the manager at the Columbus Mississippi store is a heartless S.O.B how are you going to act like that towards a group that is trying to bring home a local missing persons. Especially since they we going to buy supplies from that walmart. I say your customer service sucks and you need to be fired

The pharmacy has always been extremely helpful to me. They go above and beyond helping me get medicine that is out of the norm for my grandson with epilepsy. Caterica and Vicki and Carla have been huge blessings to me and my family. I am so grateful for all their help!!

They stand by their work. Went in for an oil change two weeks ago. they have always been excellent, always complete by the time I’m done shopping. After a couple days after the oil change I noticed a puddle of oil in the garage, I called Walmart customer support to see what I should do they sent my information to the store manager who was supposed to call me back 3-5 days after the call. I never got called. The issue was the oil drain plug o-ring was worn out. I went in today with new o-rings. The lady that checks you in(she is always there) ask why I was back so soon I told her why so she said let’s go talk to the manager now. We went to his office explaining the situation he said he would have a look. After they were completed he refused to charge me anything and thanked me for bringing the situation to his attention. He took pictures to use as a training opportunity for his staff to look at o-rings in the future. The handled the situation correctly and quickly, very pleased with them. The store manager not so much, never got the call.

I no that management is very busy at Walmart I have applied for a job and had a interview and was promised a position. But at first I had to update my application with my assessment test I have done so Walmart said they wanted to hire me I now have being waiting now for over a week Walmart says they want workers that want to work well I'm ready to work and still no offer yet I can never get Walmart to answer the phone ? a good workforce starts with the company first.Sincerely Jon Elder
