They never answer their phone. The employees do all they can but the corporate rules are keeping them from providing customers with what they need!

gave the run around on getting my wifes meds acted like it wasn't sent in when i confirmed it with the doctor before hand after switch to a different pharmacy there was no issue there so i will not be coming back for your shitty service

Poor automated phone system. Waited 10+ minutes to renew prescriptions through the automated phone system. Rite Aid was so much better and so much more friendlier. When I finally spoke with a human and asked her how to maneuver through the system she had no idea. She was unconcerned with potentially loosing a customer. Walgreens take heed... your employees don't care!
