Como Inn is such a cute and peaceful bed and breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to most anyone who is in town for an event or just want a quiet overnight. It’s an easy check in and check out process, bedrooms were very clean and beds were comfy! The breakfast was self serve with fruit, sausage croissants, quiche, cereal, toast, coffee, orange juice, and granola bars. There were snacks out to enjoy during the day or night and cookies in the cookie jar. There’s a cute outdoor patio area and green space. I love the historic charm. There are lots of stairs at the entry, which were fine for us, but could be a problem for others… just an FYI. We loved it.

We had the need of a "home away from home" in the last several months. The Como Inn was the perfect choice for us. We felt safe, everything was extremely clean, everything was provided for our stay and we were totally happy with our choice. We would highly suggest the Inn at Como for your next "get away".The Neals

The Como Inn is a hidden gem in a tiny, little out of the way town. Perfect decor and accommodations! Super comfy bed and the breakfast is delicious! We enjoyed sitting on the back deck drinking coffee and it's steps away from two fabulous dinner and lunch restaurants. The Windy City Grill and The Como Steakhouse are both top notch. Very much enjoyed our stay!

If we could give this beautiful, dream stay a higher rating, we would. Every detail is fabulous! They didn't forget anything from a fan for sleeping, a scrumptious breakfast, dreamy sleeping arrangements, and so much more! I highly recommend staying here, and we will stay here again :)

This is such a wonderfully amazing place! I wasn't excited about having to travel for a weekend wedding, but as soon as a pulled up where they had booked us at the Como Inn, I fell in love with the place.
I simply love old places with history so this was right up my alley!
The Como Inn is a full-featured experience. Fully stocked with wonderful food, in an old building with multiple super comfy rooms.
Check in/check out times are flexible which I also found as a nice Southern touch! Just use your manners. :-) The owners are just good, kind southern folk. If I didn't have to be in the wedding, I would have been just fine sitting out on the back great patio and shooting the sh*t with them.
One thing to note, there is a long, shotgun staircase up to the room level so be aware of that should you have elderly or other similar needs. I consider myself old in my 50s and it is indeed a haul, but waits for you at the top of the stairs is an awesome experience!
As far as the nearby... plenty of food options from pub grub to Thia and Mexican and a steak house that clearly must be something because there was a line of people a block long waiting to get in there! There's also a store a few blocks up with all your basic needs including alcohol.
I honestly wish we would have had more than one night and a rushed schedule as I could see myself spending an entire weekend trip there just to chill and we plan to do just that. A simple and wonderful experience!
