I have been trying for almost 2 years to explain to AT&T and First Net that I was being charged double both on the phone and in multiple stores without success. Finally, day before yesterday I got someone to see/understand. Spoke with him a while and he transferred me to someone to get my refund, he wasn’t helpful and I asked for the previous associate and he said he didn’t know who he was. He said he could get my refund, I asked the amount and how I’d be receiving it, again he didn’t know. He said he’d have to get someone over him, I insisted. He transferred me, I spoke with a lady who said, she could refund $66 that would go to AT&T. I paid double insurance and service line on a phone and watch. Paid for the same said watch and phone twice. After almost 2years and this 2&1/2 hour call, AT&T will be refunded $66. This is unacceptable.

AT&T in general is a horrible company. They tell you at the store you need to call to get things done and on the phone they tell you you must go to the store. They lie to their customers, anything to get some money out of your wallet. Service & wait times are usually ridiculous & they have no system for keeping up with which customers have been waiting & who just walked in the door.

Mason fixed all of our direct tv stream issues and took the time to get my equipment working properly! 3rd time in the store other reps couldn’t help me but Mason knew exactly what to do!

I love at&t they always have the best people solved all the problems I have and they are not many. If I could give an award it hands down would go to at&t they got the speed they got the games music videos weather knowledge and all in a safe environment and the spell correct isn't bad ether thank you all at at&t I'm John Davis

My original sales girl did a great job.I found the Selmer manager , who claimed her name was Jordon, but probably a bogus name, to be rude, seemingly unfamiliar with her products. Spoke with some guy who claimed to be the area, but refused to give his name, tried to relate my frustration with a couple issues and instead of trying to resolve the problem, was asked to leave. When I tried to explain the issues I encountered, I was told if I don't leave, they would call the police! So I just left. They called the police anyway, just to prove superiority. No desire at this location to go above and beyond at this location as far as managers go. Conflict resolution is certainly in need here. BTW, went to Corinth ATT, in and out in 10 minutes problem resolved. This is the second time to have similar problem resolution issues at this store. I can only assume ATT has a Manager training issue. But to be fair, Corinth ATT was great to work with.
