There were two girls behing the counter. One was propped up on a stool playing on her cell phone without a name badge. I asked if she was on the clock and she said yes she was training the other girl. I asked is it was ok to be on her phone and she said she was doing what her manager told her. So she is training the new girl to play and not work. I even asked her if she had to pay people to play on phones instead of do their jobs if she would be ok with that. She again said she was just training the other girl
